Streamlined E-communications Give Members Exactly What They Want
Associations North selected the Mercury creative team to guide them through a major rebrand. As part of the process, we engaged them in a communications audit and asked lots of questions, such as:
Many more questions were asked and countless pieces of collateral were examined. It was discovered that e-communications was an area that could use some attention.
We helped them assess their current content, designs and e-mail tool. In the end, Mercury designed three structured templates that serve as the vehicles for all e-communications. Additionally, we guided them in their selection of a more robust e-mail tool that is a much better fit for their needs.
Regular and allied members alike have been raving about the clean and organized look of the new e-communications. Recipients can easily identify the templates and decide what to read and engage with.
