On the heels of a brand refresh, which included a new logo and identity system, St. Paul-based urn retailer and manufacturer Terrybear Urns & Memorials, needed a website overhaul. They wanted to create an engaging user experience that captured mid-range and large corporate distributors' attention and encouraged them to engage with Terrybear. The Mercury team facilitated immersive website discovery sessions with the Terrybear leadership and staff to guide the user experience, define the creative direction and determine the final development needs.

New Website Better Reflects How Terrybear Brings Joy & Reduces Stress

Not only is the new site visually stunning, but it also communicates the value that Terrybear Urns & Memorials brings to distributors, funeral directors and pet loss professionals.

The user-friendly site guides visitors to three key desired outcomes:

  1. an initial phone call with a Terrybear representative to learn how easy it is to do business with them 

  2. build trust and an understanding of all that Terrybear has to offer 

  3. get the prospect to demo the Memory of a Lifetime online tool

In addition to the benefits it brings to visitors, the new website is saving Terrybear staff both time and energy with helpful administrative tools. The website and platform offer them the flexibility to add pages and update content as they continue to grow.

To best tell the story of Terrybear's new proprietary platform, Mercury worked with the Terrybear team to create an engaging video that demonstrates the ease of use and time-saving benefits of the online tool. The Terrybear team requested this video to be nimble enough to use for an online trade show event and to be embedded into the website. Everyone was thrilled with how it turned out.
