Last year we redesigned the website of HousingLink, a nonprofit organization in Minneapolis. The look of their website was dated, and they needed to upgrade to a mobile-friendly, responsive design.

That is where we stepped in.

The result couldn't have turned out better. The new HousingLink website was honored with a prestigious industry award at the 2016 Minnesota Multi Housing Association MADACS Awards!

In the award entry, HousingLink was asked, "What makes this project special?" Here was their answer:

"This was a project that truly benefits the community. As a nonprofit, HousingLink fills a gap that the market will not meet on its own.

Since the website redesign, the number of searches on our site has skyrocketed (from 45k/month to 69k/month). This fills vacancies faster. The layout is so much better and renters are more informed, leading to qualified traffic for landlords.

Many families are really struggling to find housing that fits their budgets. Nearly 70,000 searches for affordable properties are conducted on our website every month. Many of these families are desperate to find a place to settle down and send their kids to a good school.

Our service is free. Property management companies list their openings on our website for no charge, and renters never pay a dime either. That we had such an excellent final result makes this project special."
